Near Dupont State and Pisgah Nat. Forest

Fully renovated stone cottage overlooking beautiful green pastures in the Little River Valley. Located just 5 miles from downtown Brevard, 3 miles to the entrance of Pisgah National Forest and 3 miles to Dupont State Forest. A spacious covered front porch offers the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. This tastefully decorated cottage with vaulted ceilings has one bedroom/one bath and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and coffee maker. The perfect place for a quite romantic weekend or as a base camp for accessing all of the outdoor adventures the area has to offer. Bikers welcome, wash station available. Please note we do not charge a cleaning fee or any additional fees.

Myself and my 21 year old son enjoyed our stay at this perfect little cottage. We spent three nights in the area hiking waterfalls. It is close to everything, but quiet farm setting. It was very clean and comfortable!

Perfect little cottage for 2 night girls trip! The bedroom is a nice size and the couch made into a bed! Sitting on the porch in the evenings and also in the mornings was very peaceful! We feel lucky to have found this charming farm cottage. It is immaculately clean and well decorated. We enjoyed meeting the owner and learning the history of the farm. Our visits to Dupont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, and Brevard were just a few miles away. After a busy day, it was wonderful to relax on the porch and take in the view. Best Mountain Stay Ever!
This little house is adorable, very clean, and had all that we needed. The location has a beautiful mountain view from the front porch with well a landscaped front lawn. Gina made us feel at home and gave us great tips on restaurants, hiking and local events & history on the community. I can’t wait to schedule another stay. It was the perfect birthday weekend!
