My wife and I took a trip to Saluda to hike in the area. But we definitely wanted to stay in town. The location is perfect. We were delighted with the apartment, its cleanliness, amenities, and charming window views. We could walk a short distance to restaurants and there are coffee and pastries right across the street. Perfect!

Convient location to a lot of activities near Saluda

The apartment was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay near all the activities, we went Floating at Living Water’s on the Green River. We had great food at the Purple Onion and The Spot. We went on hikes in Pisgah and DuPont Forests. It was a lovely stay!

Relaxing and Quiet New Year's Eve

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We wanted a quiet place to spend New Year's Eve and we found it! The condo is within 1 minute walking distance from anything you need -- groceries, shopping, and a couple of restaurants. My only suggestion would be for an updated mattress -- quite possibly the hardest mattress I've ever experienced. If you have back problems, you won't be able to sleep very well. But, still, a wonderful and perfect spot.

Ah Saluda

This rental unit is perfect for a getaway in the NC mountains. Saluda has many good places to eat so you don't have to go far to enjoy your meals. Hendersonville, Asheville, and Tryon are only a few miles away for more sites to visit. Our plan was to hike to a few waterfalls in the area. The 3 on our list were Pearson Falls, Bradley Falls, and Melrose Falls. The trailheads were just minutes from this rental. We enjoyed our stay. We were surprised to be able to rent this unit at this price during "leaf season" in western NC. The property manager was wonderful and gracious after we didn't get checked out on time.

Amazing Stay!

My bff of 30+ years lives in Saluda, NC! We come up every year in the fall! This year we wanted to stay in town so the kids could walk to a coffee shop and enjoy the quaint little town! The apartment was so cozy and clean! We loved the location, the decor, the ease of check in… it was a PERFECT stay! I HIGHLY recommend this location and this specific property!

Excellent in every way!

Well appointed property and very reasonably priced. Super clean, nicely furnished and very updated! Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. No detail was overlooked. Conveniently located close to everything that Saluda has to offer. Communication with the property manager was very convenient as well. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area and will recommend to others.

Near perfection

My wife and I have stayed in dozens of VRBO rentals. We'd definitely return to this one. Literally everything about it is perfect, from the apt itself to location. Our only complaint, which may be unique to us, is we found the bed uncomfortable after the first two nights. We ended up alternating who slept on the couch. Both of us have disc issues, which means beds can't be too firm or too soft. This one was on the too firm side. But again that's our issue. Still five stars all the way.

Loved this little town

The apartment was one of the cleanest VRBO's I have ever stayed in. Literally, everything you could need is within walking distance. We walked every morning enjoying the homes and gardens. There are two bakeries, several restaurants, a old time grocery store, galleries, post office etc. If I were looking for a new place to call home. This would be it. Thank you to the folks that restored the building we stayed in and the incredible cleaning crew and staff that manage it. Everything was wonderful.

Super clean, pull out sofa bed in living room really comfortable! Well stocked kitchen supplies, and pretty views. Leave the windows open at night and wake up to chirping birds, very peaceful. Walk everywhere in Saluda, nice to be across the street from a coffee shop. Only 30 minute drive to Asheville. Will definitely stay here again. What an awesome place to stay.
