Tiny Cabin

This beautifully finished Tiny Cabin is perfect for a single person or a couple in a secluded part of the mountains. It was a old cabin from when the Girl Scouts owned it and we converted it into a tiny home. It doesn’t look like much from the outside admittedly, however, the inside is absolutely gorgeous with everything you need. It has a perfect kitchen area, washer/dryer, and a beautiful screened in back porch.

Tryon Equestrian Center is located 20 minutes away (15 Miles). Located just two minutes away from Ingles and 10 minutes away from the beach area at Lake Lure. Chimney Rock Village is an easy drive down the road. Want to water ski? Abel Ski School sits on the same property.

We have a really nice hot tub in another building. We regularly drain and scrub the hot tub. It is shared with two other cabins in the area. People seem to stay out of each other’s way though.

Rainy day? We can’t always control the weather when we go on vacation but we can still have fun. We have what we call the Rec shack which is a separate screened in building you also have access to that has foosball and ping pong set up, we also have a large pull down screen and projector with a DVD player. It’s perfect for a good movie night.

We are new to VRBO, but we are not new to hosting guests. We have been using Airbnb for a couple of years and we have 28 reviews for this listing with a 4.93 rating, which means people love coming to our tiny cabin.

Perfect Little Place
This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. That right there shows how much we enjoy this little gem. The cabin is spotless and perfect for a couple's getaway. It's close to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock park, but also off the beaten path so you can enjoy the tranquility around you. Checking in and out is simple and communication with the host is easy. We will be back!

Adorable & cozy
We really enjoyed our stay. It was clean, cozy, secluded but only a few short mins from things to do. Only thing I would change if I could, is a hot tub for each cabin. Luckily we were the only renters due to the time of year I'm sure, so we had the hot tub to ourselves, but if there were others to share it with, we would not have used it. I didnt realize when we booked it that it was a community tub. Other things to note was couldn't get oven pilot to light, fan & light above stove would not come on & the hot water was weird. Got cold fast and sometimes would not get hot in kitchen but was in bathroom. Other than, I would stay here any time. It worked perfect for us despite those small issues. Thank you so much!

Tiny in a BIG way!
My husband and I had such a great time here. The cabin had everything we needed, was exactly as described, and the tiny size made it more quaint and intimate. Chimney Rock State Park and VIllage are just a short drive, as is Lake Lure. Cannot say enough about the special vibe that is this place. We would love to be welcomed back ☺️

Perfect for a couple. Close to Lake lure and only a 30 minute drive to green river adventure. They have kayaking, zip lining, repelling down a waterfall. And there’s also tubing in the area.

A Hilltop Gem
This was such a beautiful retreat for out long weekend, close to all the local amenities, but still far enough away to feel secluded. The property was well maintained and the cabin we stayed in was cozy and comfortable. I plan to return with a few friends thanks to the multiple cabins on the property. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Nice, remote and peaceful....not as cleaned as expected.
The Tiny Cabin was secluded and quiet and made for a peaceful getaway. Several surfaces showed dirt or grease and hand to be cleaned.

AMAZING
My husband and I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay! Very clean and felt like home away from home. The view from the back porch was beautiful. The bathroom was perfect and with a washer and dryer made it even better! We will be back for sure!
