We booked a standard room for two guests but were instead placed in a three-bedroom suite. While the extra space was unexpected, the suite could benefit from some improvements. The carpets and rugs needed more thorough cleaning, the furniture and lighting were not especially comfortable, and unfortunately, the beds did not provide restful sleep.
The electrical outlets also presented challenges, as none were able to hold a charger securely. In addition, the soundproofing was limited—we could hear neighboring TVs, conversations, and footsteps. Expedia’s listing also mentioned a coffee shop on-site, but we did not find one during our stay.
Due to our full hiking itinerary and management’s limited desk hours, we did not have the opportunity to share these concerns directly with staff.
On the positive side, the location is excellent for quick access to the national park, and the price is reasonable for travelers prioritizing proximity over amenities. This property could be a good fit for those looking for a budget-friendly place to stay near the park, but guests seeking comfort and quiet may want to explore other options.
