A good overnight stop
We arrived very late, but still the service was friendly, fast and efficient. Plenty of parking and the area was very quiet, it felt safe leaving a car there. Breakfast was good and well staffed. Plenty of choice, all fresh. Nice and clean dining area. It wasn't far to the Channel Tunnel either, so overall quite convenient. We'll certainly be back.

Away for work
This was a good stay, greeting by reception staff was great. I was in room 4, which was spacious, bed comfortable, ensuite good size, desk to work at. The only downside in the room was there was no ceiling light and the glazing was single, so got some road noise. I also ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was pleasant, not a huge menu.

Great location for travelling to the continent. Staff are great, rooms okay, they’ve got one of the comfiest bed I ever experienced in a hotel. It’s not the most modern building but definitely worth the money. Really feel welcomed here. Only downside is that it’s too close to the M20 motorway which makes it a bit noisy.

Great stay for an overnight shopping trip. My 2nd stay here, last time was December 2023. Plenty of parking, friendly check in. Room was spacious and perfectly acceptable with a fab view over fields and lovely Dove toiletries in the bathroom. Full length mirror outside of bathroom door, if anything lighting could be better in room. Sufficient tea/coffee making, really comfy beds. We changed our dining plans last minute and ate in hotel. Food was exceptionally good, perfectly cooked steak, generous side dishes and great wine too. Our waitress Martha did a wonderful job of looking after us, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you IHG, will be back!

Nothing particularly unique about the property itself, but it is very very clean, and the staff cant do enough to help! They offer help before you ask for it and they all seem to enjoy their jobs, and get along with eachother whilst doing it. Someone is doing something right here!
