Staff was not excited to be there. Breakfast limited. Our room had an outside door and a door to the pool area. At first it was exciting until we wanted to sleep and the traffic noise and the pool noise both came in the room. Beds were good here

The view was beautiful and peaceful. The hotel was easy to get around. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The murals were beautiful and I enjoyed the decor. The only complaint was the noise from the pool pump.

Lake Superior Views
I recently stayed at the Quality Inn Ashland and had a wonderful experience. Although I didn’t book a room with a view, I was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view of Lake Superior from the back balcony. It was truly a highlight of my stay. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants nearby, making it easy to find great dining options. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was quite spacious and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, I highly recommend Quality Inn Ashland for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay with beautiful views.

Was another great stay here! This made our 3rd time staying here. Would recommend asking guests to make sure not to let doors just slam shut. Sounded like the building was going to fall down. Was so bad the pictures on the walls rattled. Got especially bad when multiple doors were all slamming about the same time at about 7/8am.

It was a very comfortable, clean, and view of lake was a plus! Being able to sit out on deck was a lovely time. Close to restaurants and shopping. Very relaxing!

Room had a weird smell like wet carpet and after one night we moved to a different room, which wasn’t quite as bad but still had a smell. First room did not have a screen on the door so we could not get fresh air. Breakfast was great beds were comfortable. Staff was very quick to help with any problems.
