It was pretty good. Man who checked us in was very nice. Carpet in room was dirty and no soap in bathroom. I didn't ask for this to be resolved because i carry a small bottle of soap.

Weird…
Weird experience checking in - front desk person kept going aback and forth between 2 computers. It seemed like he was falling asleep in front of each computer… he’d do a little work, his eyes/head would close/nod down…. Hotel needs some clean up/sprucing up for the room rate. Dirty carpet, worn furniture, cracked tub.

It was convenient but our rom wasn’t cleaned in the two days there, which the issue was just emptying garbage and fresh towels. When we asked for towels at the desk we got the story of short staff. We were ok with just a “I’m sorry “ and fresh towels. But I came away from that conversation unhappy…also we did th online check in on arrival thinking we would get our keys and go to our room at 3:30 …we had to wait in line for 20 minutes to be told our room wasn’t ready. The room was clean enough and the bed was good but definitely needs to be updated. Carpet stained the faux leather was peeling off head board and other furniture.has gone down hill since last time we stayed there. Breakfast was ok but when staff is eating the last of stuff while your in line, it’s noticeable.

This hotel was incredibly outdated. The headboard was leather but had tears and areas that were worn away. The blinds had numerous holes in them. The room appeared dark due to lack of adequate lighting and the carpet needed replaced badly. The bathroom was slightly better. The lobby also needed repair and at the time of our visit the air conditioning in the lobby, halls and elevators was not working. The price was the same as an average hotel, so we didn’t even save money by choosing to stay here. The only reason we chose this hotel is because other local hotels were full. I would not stay again.

I can say the only positive was the shower water pressure. When we arrived, we were greeted inoperable a/c in the lobby. I come to find out the pool & exercise room is not accessible because door lock was broken. Ok, later i need ice, well, 3of the 4 ice machines are broken. Ok, next morning i want coffee and go to makeit inmy room, doesn't work. The age of furniture the dirty glass, the dirty light fixtures.. very disappointing

Ehhhh
The best part of this stay was the very nice woman who checked me in and the fact that they recycle! I’ll start by staying….i was told at check in that the place was going to start a renovation soon. It’s way past due. I feel really badly that the staff is working hard to be helpful and nice…the place is in dire need of attention. May be a great place when it’s is all cleaned and remodeled!

I asked for housekeeping services twice and no one came. I had a plumbing issue and no one addressed it. The water in the shower was warm at the highest temperature for my shower.

Carpet was stained pretty bad ,furniture was scuffed and scratched, lights had cobwebs and bugs, toilet seat was broke . I would say its a shame that the building is not that old and its in poor shape, for these places to charge what they do and not care about the over all appearance .

This hotel is adequate. Good beds, good air conditioning, and quiet. However this property is old and tired. The lobby a/c was not working which made employees jobs that much harder. Also our room had a faint smell of smoke. Again, adequate but underwhelming.
