No detail is overlooked in this DOWNTOWN two bed, one bath apartment. Renovation in 2020. Live in luxury and in close proximity to downtown Aspen, Aspen Mountain, Highlands + Buttermilk + Snowmass Mountains, the Music Tent, the gorgeous walking paths around the West End, etc.. Enjoy the comforts of the clean design, new furnishings, top of the line appliances.

The space
This unit has a private entrance and reserved parking on site (upon request). It is the only residential unit in this building which makes it very quiet after business hours. There is gorgeous light (morning and end of day) and a view up to Red Mountain from the back windows. The space is roughly 750 square feet and boasts an open airy kitchen, luxury tilework, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

There are two bedrooms in this unit. The master is equipped with a queen bed and has views of Red Mountain and large closets. There is a custom bunk bed in the second bedroom with a queen mattress on the bottom and a twin on top. The guest bedroom also features a 40 inch TV. The property will sleep 5 comfortably!

The kitchen table doubles as a great office/workspace. The wifi is excellent.

The bathroom features a STEAM SHOWER for your enjoyment after a long day exploring.

We do not allow gatherings.
