Great place to stay.
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast was very nice too. I would recommend this place to my friends.

Very nice family-style hotel close to Saint Francis' Church. We really enjoyed the recommendations and the assistance provided by the staff - always available to ask our questions.

Does not disappoint !
A really unique stay with very friendly and helpful hosts. The facility is a nice, small Italian family-run place with b&b style rooms to let and a very satisfying breakfast. A big thumbs up!

On the edge of Assisi with a nice countryside view coming down the outside stairs. Plenty of outdoor seating at the restaurant just behins the hotel. The only difficulty was that the older couple (owners?) that were there at check in spoke no english! So much use og Google translate was needed. Overall, things workerd out well and they were both very nice. The other help that was around the next day did speak some english. Other reviews made the walk up the hill to Assisi proper made the walk seem (to us) not as difficult as it was (100 deg didn't help I'm sure), so we drove. There is a parking garage very close to the basicila.

Beautiful hotel, great price, huge hill
The hotel was in a very good location, very close to San Francisco. The rooms were very well equipped and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price! The only downside to this hotel at all was that it was at the base of a very large hill that you have to climb to get to the upper town, might want to steer clear of this hotel if you are physically unable to climb a hill that large. However, this did not deteriorate from the wonderful service and stay we had there over Holy Week!

Awesome Experience! The hotel owners, and staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast is small, but it has all that you need to start the day, from pastries and fruit, to deli meats and cheese. The owner asked if I wanted some bread with olive oil, it was very good. There was also plenty of parking, and the food at the restaurant next door was delicious.

Awesome stay
Great location at the bottom of the hill. 10 min walk to the old walled city. We were greeted with a smile. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was incredible. Absolute recommend. Restaurant on site but we didn't have a chance to use it. Nice bit of country setting. Thank you!

Great Location
What a great location. The room was as expected but there was an unforeseen medical emergency that disrupted our night. The family is sweet and were quite helpful. Breakfast was more than we had experienced.

A nice, basic, friendly hotel, a short walk (climb) to the old town of Assisi. Easy parking, friendly staff. A good base for exploring Assisi on a budget, if you don't mind the steep walk up to town (800m).

Overnight in Assisi
Not obvious where reception was so at first walked around the rooms looking for it. The corridors were all open to the outside. After a while we found someone in the restaurant on the other side of the courtyard but he wasn't very friendly.

Wer Italien erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Gutes Essen gleich in der Osteria nebenan dabei, man muss nicht lange suchen. Nette Familie, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
