Great stay! Gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and made sure we got a room with a great view. The woman working the breakfast area in the morning was very nice, too. Room was clean, bed was comfy. View was amazing. Only con was the toilet clogged very easily (I’m talking maybe three squares of tp [rm 152]), but at least they had a plunger ready to use. Would totally stay here again.

Staff members were wonderful. Room was clean but carpet was awful. Handles on sinks installed wrong way. Furniture worn but serviceable. Real rotary phone-with dial tone! Linens clean but too few towels given with room. Beautiful windows and balcony on both sides, wonderful view of marina and bridge. Overall mixed experience.

Room had non working phone. No assistance available to help with tv set up. They did move us to the room next door. Check in staff was rude. No milk for breakfast, said they were out. Many stores around that they could have purchased some from for guests.
