"reservation" does not mean you get to stay
We were sent away from Posadas despite having made a reservation a month in advance for a family room. "We just don't have the room". We had two little kids in a hot sweaty car. They sent us to another hotel much farther away from the airport where we had to get 2 expensive rooms instead of the family room I had reserved. So, I had to sleep with 2 kids under 5 in a queen bed while my husband slept alone in a room down the hall. It was very, very frustrating.

El hotel no tenía, según ellos, asentada la reserva, por lo que no pudimos hospedarnos allí. Nos derivaron a otro hotel. Quien es el culpable de no respetar la reserva?

Tem que fazer melhorias
É a segunda vez que me hospedo nessa pousada. Na primeira vez achei excelente, simples, porém confortável, quarto arejado, limpo, fiquei extremamente satisfeita. Na segunda e última vez, nos colocaram em um quarto cheirando a mofo, banheiro com odor a esgoto, a internet não funcionava bem, pois o quarto era distante do roteador. Se for para ficar nesse mesmo quarto não me hospedo mais nessa pousada.

Sencillo.pero bueno,lástima que no tiene cochera bajo techo, los autos quedan al aire libre, después bien.. Habitación sencilla ,pero cómoda, con aire ,tele baño sencillo pero chico..El resto bien, jubilación buena, supermercados cerca,el personal.amable

Muy lindo, cerca y barato
Lindo hotel. Cálido y acogedor. Habitaciones buenas un poco chicas y poco modernas pero es mucho mejor en relación a lo económico que es. Siempre voy y seguiré yendo ahí.
