Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

ビュッフェが夕食、朝食とても満足です。大浴場に お水を飲めるスペースがあるのも良いと思います。風呂上がりにもう少し扇風機などの数が少ない様に思いました。

熱海の高台の位置にあり、周りに他の施設が無いのが残念でした。風呂は広くて良かったです。部屋も綺麗でしたが、真夜中に隣の部屋から携帯での話が聞こえて来たのが残念でした。食事は夜、朝ともにバイキングで食べ放題でした。

ホテル自体は心地よいのですが、ホテルまでの道路が狭く曲がりくねった上り坂には少々抵抗が有りました。 料理などは全て美味しかったです。
