The bathroom that is separated from the toilet has lots of natural light and wonderful view. The room is spacious and clean. Good value for the prince. The breakfast buffet was great but it would have been nicer if they also serve simple dinners besides reservation only, pricy buffet dinner since there is no dining options nearby. Taxi costs about 1800 yen and the bus schedule is limited both local and shuttle bus.

Our family visited Atami during New Year and literally checked in on New Year Eve! The staff were super welcoming and helpful. We actually went to the wrong hotel building at check in, and they immediately sent a pick-up for us to get to the correct building. The meals included in our hotel package were all buffet, and the food was amazing! There was a very wide variety of choices. You can even enjoy the ocean view during breakfast if the balcony (and shower) in your room is not enough for you to admire the beautiful Atami :) We would love to visit again during Summer to see the fireworks!

男性浴場から露天風呂への扉について。 自動で閉まる引き扉ですが閉鎖時にバタンと大音がする。　クローザーの故障か油圧シリンダー劣化？いつからこの様な状態なのか分かりませんが、日常で清掃や担当管理スタッフが気が付かないのか？　使用に不便は無いものの入浴時にバタン、バタンは？ 早朝　ロビーのアメニティ補充の男性スタッフに挨拶するも… 暫くして他の女性客が挨拶してましたが… 朝は元気に挨拶された方が良いのでは？ 夕食時テーブル案内の男性スタッフ。 時間帯なのかガラガラ状態でしたがとても狭いテーブルを案内される。　窓際の席への変更を依頼すると彼の権限外の為か当惑されるも直ぐに管理スタッフ聞いてくると対応してくれました。 夜遅くまで中国客がロビー階ラウンジ占有し酒盛りも客室内で騒がれるより影響限定で良い。 食事は美味だけでなくビュッフェにしては凝った品が並びとても良かった。 施設は流石簡保の宿だけあって立派も、規模の割にお風呂が地味なのが少し残念。

ビュッフェ形式で料理もよく、従業員の対応も 非常に素晴らしい👍 欲を言えば料理をとる場所の使い方が広く取りすぎて料理が見えづらく、取るのに疲れました。 もう少し配置を工夫すれば全部の料理が見えて 選びやすくなると思います
