Welcome to Morningside Ranch, a luxurious 4,000 sq ft private estate on 6 acres. Modern farmhouse elegance, with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, perfect for family or group gatherings.

Amenities galore! In-ground pool/jacuzzi for sun-soaked days. Game room featuring pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, and more. Kids will love the playground & in-ground trampoline, while adults can relax in spacious living areas inside and out. Gated estate on 6 acres with secure iron gate access. Fire pit in front and back, and propane bbq grill. There is even an exercise room with free weights, and padded flooring.

Property sleeps 10 people across 5 bedrooms; and can accommodate as many as 12 guests (additional fee applies for guests in excess of 10 people).

Pets welcome, up to a maximum of 2 pets. Note there is an extra pet fee of $150 per pet.

Special note about the hot tub. The hot tub is remotely controlled by the host, and can be turned on upon guest request. Due to the extreme cost to operate the hot tub, the maximum run time is for 3 hours, with one request per day. Note also that the hot tub takes 2 hours to warm up, and must be turned off by 10pm each evening due to neighborhood noise ordinance. Guests should request usage of the hot tub at least 2-3 hours prior to planned usage.

Would Stay Again - Hands Down
Awesome stay - this place was the perfect blend of classy, rustic, and comfy. The home was beautiful, well-kept, and incredibly accommodating. There was plenty of space, both for group hangouts and private downtime. The beds were super comfortable, and the kids always had something to do. They had an absolute blast - especially with the zonkies (zebra/donkey mix) and miniature horses that roamed the field next door daily. Such a fun and unique touch! We'd rent it again in a heartbeat... and definitely plan to on our next trip to the Central Coast.

Great property a few flaws
Great property with nice layout and large rooms. Nice pool and outside yards with play area for young kids. Inside game room with ping pong, pool table and air hockey. Yards are fenced making it perfect for our pet dog. We had a couple issues that the property manager was super responsive about and eager to resolve. We would stay here again.

Comfortable stay and very great host
Enjoyed the stay. The property has everything you need and is really comfortable. The house sits next to a farm where you can see some really exotic animals walk by, which is a really special touch. The host was responsive and helped whenever we had a question.
