Upon entering through the rustic custom Mexican-style door, guests will be wowed by the expansive great room, featuring a dining area, living room with a fireplace and the chef's kitchen with a large island. Off of the great room is the first of two primary en-suite bedrooms, with a king size adjustable bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. Down the hall in a private location at the opposite end of the home is the other primary suite, with a king size bed, a door to the patio, and an attached full bathroom with a deep soaking jacuzzi tub (with an amazing view!), an extra large double shower head walk in shower and dual sink vanities. Just beyond the 2nd primary suite is the large laundry room with a brand new washer and dryer for exclusive guest use.
Guests can then head upstairs to the large upper suite, featuring a private bedroom with a king size bed, plus a sitting room and a family room with a desk, a sectional recliner couch, large screen TV, game/puzzle table and a wet bar/kitchenette. This upper level also has a full bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower and a deck with amazing views. We have two roll-away twin beds that can be set up in the family room by request.
The outside area of this home features an outdoor dining table and outdoor seating areas. This home is located on a private road at the end of a cul-de-sac for ultimate privacy, peace and quiet. You will only hear owls and frogs at night at this hilltop location, but you are just a 10-15 minute drive down to town, Hwy 101 or Hwy 41W.
