A very fresh and big open design working/ gathering space with a cushy, relaxing living space with a sculptured fireplace and lounge patio! This is a detached building with an independent access, a ground floor reception and an upstairs space of 150 sqM. The house is 10 minutes driving away to Athens Riviera and to the Athens City Center, placed ideally in the middle. The space is a beautiful artistic and vast live/work space! A very fresh and modern large working space and a cozy, let back and relax living area. It used to be my family’s art studio, and has a creative luminous atmosphere all around! It’s freshly renovated and restored, fully equipped, inverter A+++ air-conditioning in every room, 55” smart tv, full equipped kitchen, one bathroom with bathtub, one toilet, balconies all around the house as it is on a corner and a lounge balcony area at the master bedroom. It’s bright, sunlit, spacious with high ceilings, filled with lovely little touches, perfect for couples, friends or a family!
