Athen Condo 1 mile to stadium and downtown!

This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome is the perfect location for an amazing Athens experience! Located inside the loop less than one mile from Sanford Stadium, the property is adjacent from Oconee Cemetery and within walking distance of the UGA campus and downtown Athens. An ideal spot for Bulldog football weekends, for visiting UGA of exploring historic Athens. The complex is also located on the beautiful North Oconee River Greenway trail which is also connected to UGA’s South Campus. While the location is ideal, this unit also includes: free parking, keyless-entry, a security system, high-speed internet, full-size washer and dryer, an automatic dishwasher and smart televisions in every room.
The kitchen is fully-equipped includes full-size refrigerator/freezer with an ice-maker, a combination coffee machine and ample kitchenware. Located upstairs, the first bedroom features a new king size bed with a DreamCloud mattress and a full size bath. The second bedroom features a queen bed and two twin-sized built in bunk beds. In addition, we have a self-inflating, queen-sized air mattress available to accommodate additional guests. This property includes full access to a community pool for use during the spring/summer seasons. The main floor living room has a smart tv and a turntable/sound system with a large selection of vinyl LPs your entertainment (including a unique selection of legendary local bands) and a phone charging station. A half-bath, located on the main-level, adjacent to the dining room, which includes a full dining room table that seats 4-6 as well as a bar area that seats 3 additional guests. Located off the main living area is a patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail! We would love to have you visit our condo and experience all that Athens has to offer!

Very Clean, cute condo
Nice host, cute decor, convenient location. Exterior stairs are in pretty bad shape, but that is the associations issue not property owners. Inside was extremely clean and well stocked. Nice stay during parents weekend. Thanks so much!

The owner, Meg, is amazing! Let me know everything I needed to know before we got there. She also gave me tips for restaurants in the area. The condo was perfect for my family. It had everything we needed and more for our stay. Kids liked that the complex had a pool. Very clean and comfortable! We will be staying there again!

Athens condo for the win!
We enjoyed our stay at this condo while our son was attending soccer camp. Close to everything! The condo has comfortable beds, great linens and fun UGA decor! Host is very quick to respond with great local recommendations. Easy walk to the best breakfast at Mama’s Boy. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Experience
We staying in the Athens Dawghouse for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby at the Athens Botanical Gardens. Our host was very helpful as our original booking date had to be moved to a week later. She moved the booking with no issues which really saved the day! The property was clean and decorated very well. The kids loved the bunk beds and the pool! Check in instructions were clear and if I had any questions she was very responsive. Also, there was some beautiful artwork signed with the same name as our Host. This leads me to believe she may be the talented artist responsible for them. If you are looking for a great spot to book in Athens, consider here!

Lovely stay
Lots of good things to say about this condo. Easy check-in and check-out, responsive host, very clean. The downstairs is cute and cozy and a great place to focus on work, studies, or watch tv. Great location. Very clean. Lots of comfy blankets. The host even leaves some great snacks. I definitely can recommend this lovely condo. However, I do need to mention the air-conditioning. It’s a two level condo with a thermostat on the lower level only. There is only one small upstairs A/C vent, and it comes out at the top of the stairs. There are no vents in either of the bedrooms and no upstairs thermostat. The host has mitigated this with a portable A/C unit in the second upstairs bedroom (that has a bunk bed and a queen), and that works well. The queen is very comfortable and the portable A/C does it’s job. It would have been nice to sleep in the prettier master bedroom with a King bed, but there is no A/C in the master. The only option for the master is to cool the entire apartment, leave the bedroom door open, and hope it gets cool enough in that room despite no vents nearby. It would probably get cool enough for anyone who prefers to sleep in tepid temps, but not for anyone who prefers a colder room.
