Hotel.com twice in the last month has dropped the ball . This time i needed to make a simple change from friday to Saturday. Luckily the hotel helped me because i got out of Hotel.com . A month ago when I stayed in Ghost stores alabama.I use y'all and was billed twice by all and once by the hotel and I still haven't gotten that straightened out, so i'm not going to be using y'all anymore, I'll just pay extra to go directly through the hotel so I don't have to worry.About getting scammed thank you

Almost didn't check in to this property upon arrival. Pre-paid for 2 rooms for my partner and his worker. got to front desk. no one availalbe, sign said 'back in 15 minutes". Sat in the lobby and waited. Younger man (30s) arrived about 15 minutes later, and honestly was creepy. He was seemingly baffled that I had pre-pad for the rooms, was extraordinarily socially awkward, unfriendly, and off-putting. Really disturbing honestly. He was doubting that we had a reservation (and that the rooms were pre-paid) - almost seemed like it. Anyway, this guy should NOT be in ANY customer service position deailing with the public. I was a split second away from telling him we are going to check in somewhere else. Really weird, unpleasant. Hotel is just other wise OK.

It said there is a pool when I booked the hotel. But when I checked in, the front desk told me there is no pool. And I was told the breakfast was between 6 and 10am. But when I came around 9:10am, the breakfast was already done! Moreover, the bed sheet and the towels are very dirty (a lot dirty stains on them). The drain is also not working well.
