The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The property is in a busy and somewhat noisy area but it did not impact our stay. The rooftop provided a beautiful view of the acropolis. The only issue was with the water draining out of the shower onto the floor. We had to place towels on the floor.

Very convenient location within 10-15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and tourist sights. The rooftop bar and pool is lovely with partial views of the acropolis.

It is very clean and has a wonderful, helpful, and caring staff. However, some stairs are not safe for elderly people and people with impaired eyesight. The hotel has 2 lifts, which is convenient, and every facility one can think of. The roof restaurant offers a beautiful view of the Acropolis. Great location!

The property itself was very nice. Staff was nice and welcoming. Well designed. The room was a good size although we didn't have a view. I liked that there was an attached restaurant on the roof and free breakfast everyday.

Had a great 2 night stay at Fresh. It's located a 10 minute straight walk from Monastiraki square and a stone's throw from the bustling Psirri area. Our room was spacious with a balcony. It was extremely comfortable. The bed linen and towels were off a high quality. Great shower. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the rooftop pool and bar with it's panoramic views encompassing the Acropolis and the sunset. The food is also highly recommended. It would be an idea to ban smoking around the pool and to ban drinking in the pool. A number of guests got into the pool to drink their cocktails. This is both unhygienic and dangerous.

Fresh hotel in Athens
Nice hotel centrally located, but some of the surrounding streets are a little sketchy. However if you know where you are going you will be just fine, as everything is quite walkable. We got on the hop on/hop off bus from across the street (tickets can be purchased at hotel front desk), walked to the acropolis, and also to the palace for changing of the guard. They had our room ready when we arrived, around 11AM, which was really appreciated after a long flight. Our room was nice, very clean and had a small terrace. AC worked very well and the bed was quite comfortable. We loved the rooftop bar area, great place to chill after a long hot day with an icy cocktail and a dip in the little pool. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
