Spacious, comfortable home on 5 acres of beautiful grounds. Plenty of space to spread out and relax, both inside and out, on the covered porch or fire pit area. Enjoy the large kitchen equipped with everything you could need. 4 BR/2.5 baths, sleeps 10. We are only 10 mins from downtown, a quick drive to Sanford Stadium, the Bulldogs, Georgia Theater, and downtown Athens, 8 mins from the Botanical Gardens, and easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants.
