All of the staff was great. Approachable and helpful. Hotel was conveniently located to all of our needs. 1-5 min walk to dinning, cafes, Vodafone , metro starting and department store. Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Walkable to port but we had the guest services schedule a taxi. Felt very safe walking in the neighbourhood.

The included breakfast is exceptional. Very close to metro and the cruise and ferry port. On a quiet side street in a busy area. Lots of coffee and pastry shops in the surrounding blocks, but other nearby dining options disappointing. A great option for a pre or post cruise stay.

Lovely Hotel Close to the Metro & Port
We took the Metro from the airport to the Hotel which was a journey of around an hour (same time as a taxi ride). From the Metro, the hotel is around a 4 or 5 minute walk. We were there for one night pre-cruise and the following morning, it took us about 20 minutes or so to walk to Cruise Terminal A. The Hotel staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English. We can't comment on breakfast, as we didn't have any, but there are plenty of cafes and bars very close by. The room was clean and well appointed and we would definitely recommend and stay again if we were in the area.

The property was great. Clean, modern and quiet. The room was small but nice. The location form the airport was an hour away at no traffic(early in the morning). The area around the property was dirty and had homeless people one block away. Had to pay for packing. This property was not what I was expecting but it was a nice stay.
