Sophia and Elizabeth always went above and beyond great customer service to help me. The entire staff was excellent. the Hotel is only a 10 min walk from one of the main markets. The breakfast buffet was super fresh and tasty every morning! Excellent place to stay!

Close to Metro and main areas, great staff to help answer questions, breakfast was simple but with enough to get you started, small rooms, water gets on floor after shower. Afew tips take blue line from Airport, stop at Monasteraki, 20 dollar taxi to hotel. A very low price chinese hole in the wall 1 street over with great food. Get as many 2 dollar Euro coins to leave tips.

This beautiful modern conveniently located small hotel is staffed by friendly, professional and knowledgable people. I had the parthenon view suite which had wonderful balconies on two sides with views of the west of the city to the sea. It was easy to walk to all the important historical sites and the lively Monastiraki neighborhood. Could not have been more pleased. One word of caution, I went for long weekend with only one small suitcase. As nice as the room is it is not much bigger than the double bed and there is no extra room for luggage than the small space in the wall closet. I don't know about the other rooms but my suite was like that but with the huge views on two sides it was full of light and really comfortable.

NLH was well situated in Psyrri, just a short walk to the restaurants,bars and cafes of Monastriaki. The room was a good size with a lovely balcony to take in the local street life. A fabulous base from which to enjoy Athens. Thank you!

Large comfortable beds with good pillows. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Breakfast was far more than we were expecting with a large selection of both hot and cold items. Good location - a short walk to everywhere.

Overall an enjoyable stay for 3 nights, close to Psirri which is wonderful for eating. The only downside was staying in The Acropolis suite which is on the 7th floor. The room was so tiny that only allowed a king size bed, 1ft of walking space around the bed. A great view though. Thanks.

This property is close to restaurants anh some of the main sites, about a 5 minute walk. The area around has a lot of derelict properties and the pavements are a combonation of uneven and narrow. Didn't feel unsafe at all. Not one if mobility is an issue. 15 minute walk from metro. Breakfast was good choice of hot and cold buffet. Modern well kept hotel, our room had a lovely large balcony

The room & bed comfortable & clean, functionaly attractive. Staff was very helpful & polite. Breakfast had nice variety & tasty. I appreciated cappuccino in am. What we didn't care for was abandoned properties around hotel, although we had no security problems.

Perfect stay in Athens
Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is clean, staff are very friendly and it's walkable to many of the main sights of Athens. I loved the arty feel of the neighbourhood. The street art and a few dilapidated buildings nearby add character, in my opinion. It is quiet at night and I felt safe walking alone as a solo female traveller. The room was fantastic. Great little balcony, comfortable bed and a rainfall shower. I also used the small gym in the basement which has free weights and cardio equipment, so definitely sufficient for a good work out. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee in the room. I'd highly recommend this hotel and would love to return on a future visit to Athens.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and well lit but it's down a couple of random side alleys which is odd. I didn't feel unsafe when I walked here but some people might feel differently. The bathroom was very small. I'm not a large person and the bathroom was a tight fit for me. I'd stay here again.

The hotel was really nice. The surrounding area made my husband and I a little uncomfortable, but once you walk into the hotel it is a whole new world. The staff was super nice and the room was great. The breakfast was so so good. And, It was a short walk to the Acropolis!

What stands out about this hotel is the staff and cleanliness. George had exceptional customer service. Beds are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Complimentary waters provided. Initial impressions of the area were a bit lackluster and worried about the safety of the location but after spending some time there, it is just the state of Athens (graffiti everywhere, etc.). We felt very safe and many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Small convenient store about a 2 min. walk away. Breakfast had a wonderful assortment and good quality. Overall, highly recommend.
