Customer Service was Exceptional - had huge amount of luggage and they were most helpful in storing it. Restaurant was wonderful - waitstaff - especially Peggy went above and beyond in service - What a Treasure this hotel is for vacation!

Exceptional hotel!
This was a meet up hotel as our kids went different directions at the end of a 10 vacation for them. We went to Crete and Rhodes. Our kids maybe more picky than us bc they have been spoiled on some nice vacations due to some special grandparents. They loved it. Said it was modern, very clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional in providing transfers for them from the Athens port and to the airport. We would stay there based on their recommendations.

Peggy and Margarita were over the top with customer service in the restaurant. Katerina should take some lessons from them on customer service. She needs to be nicer and not as harsh on her greeting and service.

Awesome stop before our flight home!
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone flying in or out of the Athens airport and traveling via ferry from Rafina. It was new, modern and spacious with a beautiful restaurant and waterfront patio in the back. A dinner buffet was offered for 25 euro and looked delicious. The room was a suite with balcony - featuring a separate living room (couch, TV, desk, etc) and a full bathroom that seemed newly renovated. The bedroom was comfy and spacious with a balcony that overlooked the neighborhood below (waterfront balconies were available too). Wifi was good! The only negative I could think of is that parking was limited - they had a handful of spots outside the lobby but that was it. So I'd recommend taking a taxi from Athens or Rafina to save yourself the trouble of finding parking in a somewhat busy area. The staff was friendly and spoke perfect English - the easiest check in/out of our trip. You can't do much better anywhere in and around Athens.

Property was amazing. Highly recommend upgrading to a sea side view and balcony. Breakfast every morning was so deliciously with many options. Peggy handled our breakfast every morning and she was wonderful. Pool is beautiful and very clean. Recommend bringing a mask and snorkel. We bought some across the street and went twice. Five Star hands down!

It is a very comfortable and clean hotel. Recently renovated therefore it feels new. Aside from taxis and Uber transport to the city is roughly 50 euros each way.
