The hotel was close to the Acropolis, Museum, and Monastiraki. The rooftop pool was beautiful but we didn’t have a chance to use it. The restaurant food service is very slow but the food was good. We enjoyed our stay here with our family.

2 nights in Athens. Hotel was clean and efficient. Only negatives were that the rooms were cramped for a family of 4, with the children’s sofabed blankets being too thin and the buffet breakfast was too busy and chaotic. However, overall was a pleasant experience.

I’m giving an excellent to the hotel shop, staff and service, specifically to the restaurant staff which service during dinner was great. For the rest, this hotel needs serious improvement: the pool area is a joke, it was impossible to find a place to seat under a shade , please keep in mind that my trip was by the end of July with temperatures above 35 C degrees and no wind. Besides the lobby, which look modern, the rest of the hotel is outdated. Please consider to have more seating area. Also, the key card system can be improved . We had to go every night to the front desk to reactivate the card. If the card works in the elevator didn’t work to open the room door. In general, too many rooms for the available “entertainment “ facilities.

Amazing service, friendly and very helpful staff from start to finish. Room felt a little dated though the bathroom was modern and fresh. We were helped with an iron within minutes and hair conditioner. We arrived early and were able to check in. I had to choose whether to accept the location and on balance made the correct choice due to the pool being great to cool down after sight seeing, towels available and great breakfast.

We only stayed at Novotel for one night at the end of our trip to Greece. We had two adults and two children and it was extremely tight in the room using the bed and sofa bed. But it was extremely clean and the breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was clean and the service was great but it was in a terrible part of town .There was nothing walking distance. However, the hotel was able to call taxi’s that arrived within minutes.
