Consistently just right.
I stay here at least twice a year for business travel and consistently the place is exactly what I expect. The restaurant and the tavern are excellent, friendly and professional. There is a really nice large lobby area so if I need to have meetings with a few colleagues, I have a space for that. They are also very respectful of the business traveler. For example, there was a group in the lobby being a little loud, so I was invited to move my small meeting into the tavern. Space Since it was quiet that morning. That kind of respect for the business traveler was excellent. The rooms are always neat and well-maintained, the front desk staff are always very courteous, parking is easy. There is a charming outdoor area, but I never seem to be there in good enough weather to really enjoy it.

Very old hotel but convenient location
Good location for visiting if you have a student at OU. Doesn’t meet the standard of hotels I’d normally go to as it’s very old, even the renovated area but again - it’s so close to campus that it will due for a quick visit.

This is such a warm and inviting hotel - truly one of a kind. The staff from top to bottom goes out of their way to make sure the guests are always taken care of!!! I would highly recommend the OU Inn.

Perfect location if you are visiting Ohio University! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. My room was unfortunately across the hall from housekeeping and they were doing some kind of work in that area my entire stay. The early morning sawing and hammering was not a huge deal, but there was a terrible odor of burning electrical wire in the hallway and in my room which made my second night very uncomfortable. Very disappointed for the price I paid.
