The beds were amazing.the room was tidy. The shower door didseem to leak making the floor slippery in bathroom but we had enough towels to fix the isuse. The views from your restaurant were amazing.

Having read other reviews I was concerned about what this experience would be like but I needn’t have worried at all. The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff were great. Our room was spacious with dual windows, very clean and had perfect air conditioning. The roof top bar was great and the pool ideal. Yes, there are limited sun loungers but they were used respectfully and the bar was right next to it if needed. The metro and open top bus stops are right outside and it’s so easy to navigate the city from this spot. We did find the area a little less pleasant than other central locations but this is not a reflection of the hotel itself. We would definitely visit here again and recommend it to other travellers to Athens.

We did not get the extra bed we requested until very late even though we were told it was there when we checked in. Staff seemed overwhelmed in general.

This supposed “5 star” hotel did not have a working air conditioner, cobwebs, a shower that leaked so badly we used 4 towels to stopped the water. The bathroom faucet sprayed out all over the sink getting our belongings wet. The drain was rusted and nasty. And the staff would not listen. When we asked for specific linens they brought what they thought we wanted.

5 stars NO the fact that I waited like 40 min in the roof top bar for a BEER is absolutely absurd, and I never got the beer btw. There is no communication between the staff, all 4 servers on the bar all of them brought me the menu when I already put the order on. Is absolutely trash and I will not recommend at all. Just stay somewhere else.

I was very impressed with this hotel and all the amenities. Only thing I noticed is the shower had a lot of rust spots and the shower head was way too big for the size of the shower. Otherwise the room was very clean, we had a great view of the Acropolis and I absolutely loved that the roof top bar was open until 1:30am each night - with Friday & Saturdays having a really great DJ playing African house music. It was a perfect vibe. All hotel personnel were super kind and we even were able to check in a little earlier than the 3pm time frame. Athens is a gritty city so the area around felt slightly uncomfortable but otherwise great location and easy to get Ubers.

I requested double beds at booking. I was told to wait for the double bed room to be available (est. at 1hr wait). Several hours later room was still not ready. Finally when informed that room was ready, it was a single bed. It took several requests to get extra towels.
