Towels appeared dingy and had missing patches in them, noise all night, carpet stained and odorous. Shower did not work properly, and toiletries were already partially used upon arrival.

Perfect place for us !
We went up to ride the Hiwassee Loop train . And since it ended at 6pm, we decided to stay over. Great hotel, great setvice, very comfortable room..

I found a bedbug in the first room they put us in. I killed it and brought it down to the front desk and asked for a different room. Thankfully, they were accommodating. They asked to keep the squished bedbug to show their manager and immediately put us in a different room. Thankfully, this new room didn’t have any bedbugs.

We arrived before noon to secure a particular room location that was not noisy. This accommodation was made, but when we came back after 4 PM that room was no longer available. The first room we walked in smelled of smoke. The second room was warm, but after several hours with the AC running it became a comfortable temp. After that the AC would kick on and off intermittingly waking us up each time. Even after turning it off completely we could still hear the adjacent room turning on & off. The waffle maker worked correctly.

This hotel is clean and quiet. It is conveniently located in close proximity to several restaurants, grocery store, main roads in the area and served perfectly well to the purpose of our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful! If we visit there in the future, we will definitely stay there again!

Not worth the money
The room was barely adequate but absolutely not worth $134 per night. Not a single outlet in the room worked. The carpet was horribly stained. The room was “surface clean” only, if you looked on top of the headboard or under anything, there was a ton of dust.

The staff was very nice and friendly so this review is strictly on the facility itself. 1. Caulking in the bathroom was poorly done and there was mold around it and staining. 2. Part of the vanity/sink area was falling apart. 3. Stains on the ceiling in the bathroom. 4. Lamps in the room had rust all around the base and the lamp shades were stained. Devil is in the details, if they are not addressing the things that are visible, what about what we can't see. The rooms need to be as nice as the front lounge area.

The breakfast was stale the first monrning, old cereal, weird tasting milk and the juices were watered down with no pleasant flavor for both apple and orange juice. We didn't even attempt to get up early the second morning to eat because of that. The side of the bed frame in room 215 facing the door has two attachments that hold the mattress in place and I hit my knee on the one closest to the foot of the bed three times, with the last time breaking the skin and drawing blood. It is adjuatable with two slots remaining to push inwards towards the mattres but without a Phillips head screwdriver, it cannot be adjusted. That is a hazard and very annoying to see the bed not properly put together. This could have been addressed with the hotel in person but the last thing I need is to deal with a front desk person to tell me they'll pass it along to Management and nothing really happen. We were there to whitewater raft with friends and see Chattanooga but we were so annoyed with the hotel itself, we just slept, showered and left. Little things can make a big difference for guests and improvement to the construction of the bed frames to avoid injury and a breakfast that at least tastes like it's in date is very appealing. We will not be staying here again, even if it means we have to drive out of our way for our next rafting trip.

Bathrooms in lobby where closed/out of order. Breakfast options were limited to bread family and yogurt. No fruit or protein. Coffee was very bad—tasted like the paper cup. Facility was clean and there was electricity and warm water. There’s a McDonalds across the street and a Starbucks being built nearby soon.
