Noisy Extraction.
When went went into our room, 102, the noise from the air extraction systems was very loud, we knew it would be worse during the night. I went to reception to complain, I was assured the units would be off by 9.30PM. The units didn't get turned off until shortly before 11PM. The receptionist did tell us to go back to her if there was an issue, but we settled down and went to sleep. The extraction fans came back on before six and woke us up. These rooms are not suitable for paying guests. Telling us we will be looked after on our next visit is nonsense. A pity every thing else was good, food, service staff etc just refuse to take the rooms adjacent to 102.

Nice place, big room, huge bathroom, a little tired, but nicer than average. Food was delicious, bar service excellent. Air con hopeless and too dark in the room but would definitely stay again.
