Shouldn’t rent to kids if u think they supposed to
The new worker don’t like blacks me and my kids been there for a y at never had a problem until he came lady under me got a dog wen it says no pets dog been barking getting on other guest nerves but she complained on my kids and he put a shout after all the workers and managers said I never had a problem there and I just got the school bus to pick my son up and he put us out on the streets with no where to go and not enough money to go other places I was so sad and hurt but this racism guy

Loud property. Slamming doors and noisy neighbors with the highway right next to it. Hotel need to be updated. Bed was not comfortable at all probably 5 years old.

Staff was extremely rude and standoffish. I tried to check in at 1:00 p.m. per my reservation. Was told check-in time was at 3:00. When I told them there was a discrepancy with the website that what website. When I told them they said there was nothing they could do. I work online and had to go work in a local park with my child in her playpen under a shade tree due to the discrepancy. When I came back at 20 minutes after 3:00 I was still told I could not check in. When I said that it was after 3:00 I And I had already been treated rudely and my child was overheating due to the miscommunication from the hotel with Expedia about check-in time they finally gave me a room. The room had an extremely dirty microwave. And a strange smell. The refrigerator only worked a bit and the air conditioner barely worked at all. When I took a shower there was black mold on the ceiling that had obviously been there for quite some time. There was no ventilation in the bathroom to ensure that such things did not happen or would not continue to happen in the future. When I checked in in the afternoon the hotel was very quiet. There was a guest there complaining that she was back for the third time and her key card would still not open the door. I experienced similar issues with my key card. When I checked out at 3:00 a.m. there seemed to be a party going on in about every other room. There were literally dozens of people walking around the hotel, lobby and hallways.

The place is located in a calm quite environment conducive for working visitors. However, the service is extremely poor. No written desk in my room, there was no wardrobe when i asked, i was told it is a disability room. I was shocked because disables also needs to store their luggage. There was no inhouse restaurant and no restaurant at a walking distance. The internet service very poor.... had to use my phone data throughout my stay.
