Staff was very helpful and friendly. Elevator to the Sky Train by the hotel didn't work so the valet made sure we knew where to go to get the other elevator to ride the Sky Train to the terminal. Would definitely recommend this hotel

I booked a king-size bed but was given two double beds instead. When I spoke to the front desk, they advised me there were no king beds available and mentioned that I had "reserved through a third party". I didn’t quite understand that response, especially since I had a confirmed reservation for a king bed.
