The hotel was clean which what I look for in my stay. The front desk staff on the other had were not courteous, on three different occasions when I went to the front desk two of the staff members were rude.

Generally good. Had to wait for check in quite awhile close to midnite and very tired. Room was clean but some controls, light switches, tv remote were a little to difficult to find and operate. Sink faucet had poor flow.

It is fine. Definitely great for an overnight close to the airport. The dining options were very convenient. It is an older hotel and feels that way but it was perfectly fine and clean.

I paid extra on the Expedia app for balcony Room that I reserved two weeks before leaving which means I paid before I got there. The young lady had the nerve to argue with me about how I made it late for check in time and they gave my room away and there was nothing I can do about it I Wasn’t even issued a refund from the hotel or Expedia was horrible service

First time having to deal with the Atlanta airport. This hotelwas close, clean and reasonably priced. I also really appreciated the staff's input on dealing with the airport and our shuttle driver was AWESOME. Also note that I was dropping off my daughter at the airport and was able to ride the shuttle with her and then come back to the hotel, this made life so much easier at 5:30am!! Would def reccomend and this would be my first choice in ATL.

We missed our connection flight and had to stay somewhere. So we booked it via Expedia, everything was smooth and quick. The front desk even gave us temporary toothbrushes and tooth paste since we don’t have our luggages.
