Upon arriving at the hotel to check in after driving for 7 hours, we were informed that the valet was full and that we had to park down the street an entire block away. After walking back to the hotel with my wife and sons, we were informed our room had been accidentally canceled due to us utilizing a 3rd party application to book it. The receptionist informed us that due to there being a conference in the building, our room appeared to have been given to another party. The receptionost then informed us because it was book through a third party vendor there was no way to refund our resources, I showed the receptionist where we payed for room protection; however, to no avail our requests ultimately fell on deaf ears. My family and I had to walk a block back in the dark with our luggage and scramble to locate a second hotel.

Had not been cleaned properly on our arrival. Dusty Headboards and more. Mini frig was set up for one person and not two despite our reservation for two. My wife was unable to check in while I parked the car down the street, due to valet being full. Had to wait until I got there despite her having all of the information for our reservation.

This is an amazing property. The architecture is breathtaking. The staff is professional and friendly. We got in early at 11 am and was given our room right away. The hotel is clean and updated. Walkable to downtown attractions and Peachtree Center MARTA station. You can find inexpensive eats at the Peachtree Center via the Sky Bridge. So it’s very convenient. Fine dining is also available at the hotel. Hotel parking is expensive though. There is cheaper option across the street but it was full when we were there so we had to use the valet parking at the hotel. Overall I would recommend it.

We only stayed for one night and the staff was pleasant. My only thing was that you had to pay for $60 parking even if you had a room booked. I was a little disappointed. I had asked the lady working their parking area and she said “Yes, even if you have a room, it is not free. It is still $60.” We ended up not parking in the hotel parking garage but had to park across in the public parking which was only $20. Aside from that, our experience was a good experience.
