Do Not Book Here! As soon as we walked into our room, the roaches just scattered!!! Was infested with roaches! Very dirty, smelled of smoke, random people just sitting outside at 1 am when we arrived, broken hotel rooms windows and the cars outside had broken windows as well. Instantly went back to the front and got a refund and booked for another hotel.

There was roaches in the room. Yeah, no pool as advertised in the pictures. Stairwell's broken down rusted. Ice machine not working. They serve toast for breakfast and coffee and said it was an international breakfast. I was very unhappy.

Last resort option
The front check in went quickly but I had to go back because they gave us a room on the 3rd floor, it was a long walk to the elevator from the parking lot & then to the room. They did switch our room to a ground floor handicap room but there were missing parts in the floor, the bed dipped in the middle, the chair was broken & the had the makings for coffee but no coffee pot. The sign on the door said the lobby opened at 6, there was a bell which I rang, waited 10 min & no one answered. I finally saw people going in the lobby after 8 am. I addressed the issue with the room, the lobby not being open & no one answering the doorbell. I was told nothing could be done about the room as I had already paid, the only have certain rooms with coffee pots and the lobby opens at 8.
