The property itself was fine. In our initial room, 5520, the heat, the phone and the refrigerator did not work. We called the front desk on our personal phone as the in room phone did not work. Waited 30 minutes for someone to come see about the heat. Then called back again and they offered to put us in another room. In about 10 minutes the front desk employee came up and put us in a room directly across from our initial room. The breakfast offerings in the morning were very fresh and hot. We enjoyed that.

Poorly maintained. Facilities were old and in poor disrepair. Bathroom not very clean. Breakfast options extremely limited.

Only recommending this hotel if you LITERALLY have no where else to go and only plan on sleeping there. Dingy and old. Only one elevator worked. Sink in the room was clogged. The room wasnt vaccumed. Woke up in the morning to a roach crawling across the desk. The rate was fairly cheap but i could have stayed at a motel 6 or red roof inn for the same price and better quality. Oh, and they will give you a paper basically saying lock your stuff up and make sure nothing is exposed in your car because youre in the city (duh) but why say that and not have security on site?

The price was great! The hotel itself was fine, not the best and not the worst. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest and there were people in the parking lot- loitering around the cars everytime we looked out the window. It was about 3 miles away from the venue we were going to so that was nice.

Not happy.
Found a cockroach in the bathroom and the beds were very hard. Front desk service was very slow. The elevator missed floors. For a $150 hold deposit, the place was terrible. Was first sent to a room that wasn't clean and the second room had a cockroach.

Room was clean, the floors everywhere were sticky. The breakfast was stale, seemed like this was the 2nd or 3rd day in a row it was out on the counter. AC unit in the Room made a lot of noise had to turn off to sleep. Otherwise polite staff and it seems they are trying hard to get the place back In order

The hotel is run down, the room smelled bad, I killed almost 20 roaches, electical plugs didn’t work, some towels did not look clean, elevator was always dirty and barely worked. Wpuld not stay again.
