Positive: All the staff were great! Front desk lady when we checked in was super nice, breakfast lady was welcoming and checked on us while we ate, housekeeping stopped by a couple times to see if we needed anything. The free breakfast was great - one of the best I've had - eggs, sausage, potatoes with peppers. I was going to skip the biscuit until I saw the gravy and it did not disappoint. Eating area was nice. Room was spacious with a good sized fridge. Super hot water in the shower. Not a huge fan of carpeted rooms but this one seemed really clean. Cons: Air Conditioner... is 1 foot away from one of the beds and blows really hard on those sleeping there. I built a wall of pillows to try to block the air flow but usually ended up having to turn the temp up or off to fall asleep, then would wake up sweating. If 2 people had to share that bed, one of them better like sleeping in an arctic wind tunnel. If you like cold air blowing on you, which I know some people do, you're set but if you don't, it's a tricky thing to deal with. The one working elevator was super, super slow. Luckily, we were on the 2nd floor so the steps weren't a big deal but any higher up and it would have mattered a lot after a long work day on my feet.

Very bad service. The rooms were disgusting with a heavy urine smell in the room and blood on the sheets. We did not stay and hotel staff was extremely rude and uncooperative. This place needs to be shut down. No quality control at all especially for a Comfort Inn franchise.

Rooms were clean. Slow elevator, so I took the stairs. Cannot use the lobby restroom. It was locked and the staff said that they were not aloud to let guests in the restroom. After a 4 hour trip, I would/could have used the restroom before my check-in.

The sheets on the bed had stains it was roaches in the bathroom. Broken light switch cover room had a dirty smell. Good thing I brought my own sheets and billow case. I had to make sure I Lysol the whole room down

Let's just say the photos displayed on Expedia are very outdated. Property was rundown, and as the sign in the parking lot said "park at your own risk".

Never Again
First off , having a sign in your lot saying you’re not responsible for any cars getting broken into is a red flag. Second, elevators were out of code by almost 2 years. Real safe. Third, everyone who checked in the same day I did got double charged. Fourth, really bad area. Our Uber driver was telling us how bad it was. Finally , the place is outdated and run down . Needs a major overhaul. You can tell it hasn’t been touched since 02 .

Friendly staff, but rundown hotel
Although the staff were pleasant and tried really hard and although the sheets were very clean, the hotel is just in bad shape. Both the mattresses and box springs had red stains in the corners - I’m pretty sure there were bed bugs in the past (note: I was not bitten by anything when I stayed). I found a dead bee on my carpet floor the first day. I should have read reviews before booking or switched hotels after seeing my room but everything was sold out. The shower had no curtain so water splashed on the floor. The lamps are rusty. The elevator failed so I climbed 4 flights of stairs for 2 days. I feel bad for the staff. They were trying hard but had to endure complaints about various issues by multiple guests. The manager said they hoped corporate would invest in mattress enclosures to put guest minds at ease about the stained beds. I hope that corporate invests so that the quality of the hotel can be improved to match the quality of its staff.

One "Hell" of a Stay
I dont usually leave bad reviews but the room had the following issues: - dirty floors, - spatter of unknown substances on walls and inside lamp shades, - holes in the walls - cockroaches Numerous attempts to resolve were either ignored by front desk staff or by manager as nobody ever contacted me about my concerns. When trying to call them the front desk would rarely answer or be present when I was there.

the property need to be upgraded the elevator were not working while only one was working.. the carpet smell in the hallway like it was wet and dried but not cleaned.. soon you got off the elevator the smell hit you.. the staff was ok no one really went the extra mile.. and average stay for what it was . however it was quiet. you can tell from pulling up it is a out dated hotel even n=more so when the hotell in front of it has had a face lift ..

The room and place were filthy. Elevators broken and my shoes are ruined from sticking to floor in stairwell. I took pictures of the room if anyone wants to see them. I do not believe Expedia should even list this hotel in their app
