Was not very clean. Floor was sticky in my room, everything was outdated with stains all over. Pretty sure homeless were warming up in the lobby at night when the doors that are supposed to lock don't. Pretty sure there was a piece of a broken sex toy under my mattress. Would not recommend.

I appreciate the young lady at the front desk for addressing concerns and moving our room. However, the “bathroom break “ sign was displayed but she was in the back on her computer and cell phone, three times I went to the front desk. Upon walking to the room, the hallway smelled or weed. The first suite assigned, 211, the pullout couch was broken. The second suite assigned, 321, the freezer, part of the refrigerator was frozen over and the door would not close. The bottom of the refrigerator had a dead roach in the bottom and filled with water and the water had mold and/or mildew. We were settled enough with the third room, 337. However, the tub, toilet, and floor were dirty. I was able to get cleaner and a rag from the front desk to clean the room.

Do not stay at this hotel. The lobby carpeting was black. The room was filthy. The mirrors had fingerprints all over them, the carpets and tile were soaking wet, the tub had cracks in it, the bathroom door knob wasn't attached, the room smelled like gasoline and weed. When I complained, they gave me some febreeze. We didn't even stay one night and left 30 minutes after we arrived.
