Staff very pleasant and a good quiet location. The room was not too clean. Stains on the bed headboard and bathroom. Fridge did not work and was leaking water so the room spelt damp and the chair in the room was very warn out and needed replacing.

Although this property is a bit dated, it was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the water pressure from the shower head was great! My room was very quiet and the family that runs the hotel was super nice. I would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Be aware
Elevator certificate expired in 2023 so you may want to get that updated quickly for safety. The desk chair in our room was peeling badly and needs replaced. The handle on the curtains was sticky and gross. Major gap under door of our room with so much light coming in. Outlet by sofa sleeper coming out of wall. Sofa sleeper mattress was dirty and disgusting. Paper towel stuffed in peep hole which was odd.

I had to work in Alpharetta because of hurricane Helene. The only problem I had was I booked for Monday initially but then decided to book for Sunday so I wouldn't have to wake up at 0430 and drive from Augusta GA to Alpharetta for work. When I got to the hotel, they informed me that they didn't see my updated Expedia order. I called Expedia and they were helpful but we had to refund my initial purchase and I had to purchase Sunday night separately from the hotel at a little higher cost. Expedia gave me 25.00 credit for the inconvenience but when I asked for a receipt from the hotel, the clerk said Expedia can only print the receipt. Expedia didn't have the 97.00 bucks for the Sunday night I had to purchase directly from the hotel, so when I had to turn in the receipt to get reimbursed from my work, I was missing a day. I didn't feel like going through the hassle and confusion to sort it out so I'm out of 97 bucks. Other than that, good experience. Nice staff, clean quiet hotel.

My room smelled moldy. Hair in the bathroom. A/C was good and cold . Forget about trying to make breakfast at 9:30am. The staff rushed through and started putting everything while people were waiting to make a waffle.

The owners of the property were actually really nice. Very accommodating. But the place needs to be renovated. The cleanliness there's a lot of things that need work. Who wasn't working on 96° day. But it served the purpose. A remodel would do good.

Thought this hotel would be best to stay while in town for a Rock concert since it was close to the amphitheater. The front desk staff was very kind however the room itself was not the standard that was described. The room definitely needs to be updated. The bathroom shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed since it was curved & at an angle. No maid service was completed during our 2 night stay. Very limited on towels & there was no coffee pot but there was a fridge & a microwave. Some of the electrical outlets did not work & a few light bulbs were missing from the lamps. There was a random coffee table in the bathroom under the sink. The office rolling chair was extremely worn out & looked like it was pulled from the dumpster. The WiFi & AC worked great but the room itself needs major updates.
