The bathroom door was broken, we kept getting stuck on the elevator, and had to take the steps. I was also charged a fee for the room ( of course I know I have to pay this, a deposit fee ( another fee I’m completely aware off), but I was charged an extra 94.00 at check in. I’m waiting until it clears before I contact my bank. Oh, and the cleaning people only come on your third day of staying.

If the hotel shuttle provided 24 hour service to and from the airport the rating would have been excellent. Because they don’t, I had the added expense of an Uber for my early morning flight.

bed bugs on the first floor with videos n pictures of it ..they switch me into another room and it was like 50 roaches i have a video of that as well and they didn’t wanna accommodate me for the roach infested room
