Valet parking was $50 per day. They do not offer self parking like they used to. $50 per day is outrageous for parking. after I got there a $27 per day Destination fee was added to my stay. However, they did offer a $10 per day food voucher. I had a problem with my shower and my safe. No one ever answered the phone. I had to go down to the front desk to request repairs. Hotel room badly needs some updates.

Love this hotel ! The room is perfect, and I just love the comfortable bedding and pillows. What an amazing attentive staff and the breakfast I highly recommend ~ Can hardly wait to return !

Tried to call down for more pillows and nobody answered the phones. Husband walked down and security guard helped him as there were a bunch of people checking in. Then, called down later for a wake up call and nobody answered again. Room was good and hotel was nice.

Every staff member was absolutely amazing. The only small issue I did have was mold in the room. Not sure if I will receive anything for that matter but overall very convenient area. A lot of restaurants and to do were close by and affordable. The hotel also gave a list of things to do as well as places to dine, which was super helpful.

Probably one of the worst hotels i have stayed at. Room smelt like cigarettes in a non smoking room. Wouldn't switch the room, instead had them spray febreeze which caused even more of a headache! Difficult getting ahold of staff as well.
