Tried to call down for more pillows and nobody answered the phones. Husband walked down and security guard helped him as there were a bunch of people checking in. Then, called down later for a wake up call and nobody answered again. Room was good and hotel was nice.

First of all, hotels.com is very poor. never book from hotels.com. this hotel is terrible, smell everywhere and customer service is horrible. you need to wait for 30 to 45 mins to check in.

Save yourself!!!
I never even made it to the hotel. Somebody checked me in though. When I found out the only had valet parking and that would add hundreds of dollars to my bill I called and canceled the reservation. Now they refuse to give me any of my money back. So personally I would say they suck!

Checked out after 30 mins of our 3 night stay. Rooms were not in good condition. Pictures online absolutely did not match the in person conditions. Bad area. Staff said they would happily approve refund through expedia, his name was albert. Expedia is saying no one they have contacted is approving a refund. We booked a stay elsewhere for the weekend.
