The property needs an upgrade. The rooms are dirty and smells all the carpet need replace and in the dinner area all the chairs look like someone pee in them. And I never been to a hotel that you have to pay to have a microwave and refrigerator in your room .. I will never return there. I was scared to walk on the carpet .

While our stay had some significant issues, I wanted to highlight that we left a positive review on Google because of the exceptional service we received from Ramona at the front desk. She truly made our stay worthwhile, going above and beyond with her kindness, care, and recommendations for local attractions and dining. She was an absolute highlight of our trip, and we are grateful for her help. However, we did encounter some serious issues during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom was flooded. We used the only two towels provided to clean it up, and I personally had to repair the shower knob myself. We called for additional towels four separate times and unfortunately, never received them. Due to my son’s medical condition, he was unable to leave the room for a couple of hours, and I had to stay with him. As a result, we had no choice but to eventually go out and locate housekeeping ourselves to obtain fresh towels. Additionally, there were some other concerns, such as peeling paint on the walls, musty conditions, the absence of ice machines on the floors, and a non-functional TV. Most notably, we were unable to keep any of my son’s medication cold, which is necessary due to his condition. This required us to make frequent trips to the lobby and the bar (when it was open) to get ice to store his medication.

Property severely is overdue for remodel and deep clean. We literally had to beg for fresh towels and TOILET PAPER which it took hours to get the request fulfilled. The front desk blamed housekeeping for being on lunch SMH. The floors and baseboards in the bathroom filthy. Ants crawling throughout the room. Just disgusting and definitely not up to standards. When checking in, the Manger was less than pleasant when explaining the additional fees and instructions for hotel. I checked in late and the lobby restaurant closed at 9:30, I believe they stay open later than that. very disappointing, as I had not eaten and had a long flight. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent.

This hotel was very nice and comfy. The check-in process took a little while with long lines, but was easy. I did not like the $75 daily breakage fee that was charged (although it's refunded back). I also didn't like there was no free parking and you had to pay $50 for valet parking unless you find a parking lot nearby.

We stayed here for 3 days parking was really bad and confusing as well as on our last day we stuck there for over 20 minutes trying to get out because of a glitch . The overall of everything was 2 for me the windows in our room were dirty housekeeping put my stuff on the floor (my I pad) the room smelled very weird ! .

This is my second stay at Crowne Plaza - last year was fine. This year was not good. First, it took an hour to get checked in because they did not have sufficient front desk staff - in fact, two workers were sent home even with a long line of people waiting because the supervisor felt the time clock was more important than customer care. Secondly, I was put in a dirty room - something I've read about but has never actually happened to me. So I was put into a 'suite' - a room that desperately needs to be updated. The bathtub is a lawsuit waiting to happen - the texture is gone and I slipped one morning and hurt my knee badly. The connecting doors might as well be opened for all the noise that comes through. The rooms are very overpriced for what you actually get. I'll be looking for different accommodations in the future.

I booked a room with a king bed got there they told me only a double queen bed available . The a/c in the room was so loud. The tub was dirty, bathroom needs to renovate. There was nowhere to park had to pay for valet parking they took about 20-25 to get your car for you.

First time in Atlanta. Was an ok area, very close to Georgia Tech and Mid Town. North Avenue Marta and Fox Theatre are less than 5 mins away. Shame I didn’t get to use the roof top pool

Hotel was fine for one night. Breakfast was nice and fresh. My problem is the next day my feet and ankles, were covered in little red bite marks that were not there the night before. Not sure what it was but something bit me up bad when I was sleeping. The carpet felt damp when walking on it and there was also no soap in the bathroom. You have to pay to park and it’s $50 to valet or $35 to self park which is a little steep especially if you are staying for a few nights. Overall felt safe there which is a plus but not sure I’d stay again due to the state of my skin.

Nothing in the room worked no phone no channels on tv no apps need to update tv to 2024 era. House keeping was awful. No fridge or microwave in room said $20 for microwave and 25 for fridge after you pay 300 for 2 days!!
