The property needs an upgrade. The rooms are dirty and smells all the carpet need replace and in the dinner area all the chairs look like someone pee in them. And I never been to a hotel that you have to pay to have a microwave and refrigerator in your room .. I will never return there. I was scared to walk on the carpet .

While our stay had some significant issues, I wanted to highlight that we left a positive review on Google because of the exceptional service we received from Ramona at the front desk. She truly made our stay worthwhile, going above and beyond with her kindness, care, and recommendations for local attractions and dining. She was an absolute highlight of our trip, and we are grateful for her help. However, we did encounter some serious issues during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the bathroom was flooded. We used the only two towels provided to clean it up, and I personally had to repair the shower knob myself. We called for additional towels four separate times and unfortunately, never received them. Due to my son’s medical condition, he was unable to leave the room for a couple of hours, and I had to stay with him. As a result, we had no choice but to eventually go out and locate housekeeping ourselves to obtain fresh towels. Additionally, there were some other concerns, such as peeling paint on the walls, musty conditions, the absence of ice machines on the floors, and a non-functional TV. Most notably, we were unable to keep any of my son’s medication cold, which is necessary due to his condition. This required us to make frequent trips to the lobby and the bar (when it was open) to get ice to store his medication.

The people were friendly, but that's about it. I tried calling downstairs multiple times and the phone just rang. Housekeeping too. Our lamp was broken, called down for a new one at around 6pm and fell asleep after 10 waiting for it. Then asked the front desk the next day and still, no lamp. Bartender was great, but $20 for a jack and coke is a little crazy. Won't stay here again.

If you can spend a little more money, I’d recommend you to choose another option. I guess everything was to reduce their costs, which means everything seemed to be beyond manageable level for them. There were always long lines at the front desk but no other help desk there. If I wanted to ask something, I had to be in the long line (I just gave up). My room wasn’t clean at all. There were lots of stains? on bathroom floor and hair in the bathtub. Heavy main light stand was disconnected and there was no reachable outlet around it so I moved it to a useable spot by myself. There was a coffee maker in my room but no bottled water. Tap water was meant to be used for it but I bought some by myself. The hotel entrance restaurant was supposed to be closed at 11:00pm. I was told that the kitchen was already closed 1.5 hours before its close time. At breakfast buffet, it was very difficult to contact to waitstaff because there was only one. Some of my orders didn’t come even after asking multiple times but a check was delivered despite I gave my breakfast ticket when seated. I picked this hotel among others with swimming pools but it was unavailable during my stay. Of course, the pool situation or when it was open again wasn’t explained when I checked in. I understand it needs some maintenance but I never saw someone was working on it (my room was the same floor as the swimming pool and checked often). Only pros were its location and friendly valet crew.

Expedia staff didn’t log our room rate in correctly and didn’t let them know about our paid in advance parking. We had a terrible time on the phone between Expedia customer service people and the hotel for 4 days. We had problems checking in and out because of this. We were being charged $200 more than our receipt stated. We were not pleased. Finally after 40 min trying to check out you all finally got everything straight. We use Expedia all the time, we hope nothing like this happens again.

Property was nice. Very extravagant. Parking is extremely Pricey but not an end all be all. Also there is a 75$ per day deposit fee which is really not great. First time I’ve encountered something like that. Room Balcony was closed and inaccessible, which was a big thumbs down for me. Pool area was closed for the day for maintenance when we got there so also unfortunate. The wifi was extremely slow and frustrating. I think this place is okay

Area is unsafe for female solo travellers - even in broad daylight there were so many street homeless approaching me - I know the hotel have no control over this just something to bear in mind. The parking sucks. Have to pay a lot to self park and no in/out privileges with the garage, so that’s a pain. Room is OK. Have to go down to bar for ice. Had to ask desk for bars of soap, room comes only with gel. Started off stay with 1/3 roll of toilet paper. Guest before us left their sweatshirt in drawer. Only 2 towels and no bath mat (3 people stayed). Hotel is just barely mid.
