Showed up at 2 in the morning. They gave my room to someone else. Told me to take an Uber to another hotel, offered to reimburse me for everything. They charged me for the room I couldn’t use, plus parking for a night I wasn’t there, plus a deposit that has not been refunded yet. Bonus points for refusing to reimburse the Uber because i would’ve needed a ride anyways, says the guest relations manager. Follow up bonus points: the hotel they sent me to also charged me in full for a night. Each individual manager was oddly dismissive of the issue. Would not recommend. So far it cost over $800 and I could not stay there. Great work IHG 🔥

Good but could be better
Great hotel with easy access to the mall, but service wise, it was not as expected. The hotel definitely needs a coffee shop like Starbucks and could do better on the breakfast. Also, the parking spaces were too small if you have a truck or SUV. Something cool was about the room service and you could ask for anything you need by text.

My daughter and I loved our stay!
My daughter and I had an absolute blast staying there. Room was great, service was incredible, view was amazing, location was perfect and my daughter and I cant wait to go back. My only thing was i paid for breakfast through the app but then i got charged an extra $42 at the table. I don't know if it came off the expenditures deposit but it still threw me for a curveball.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the lobby and dining areas. However, the rooms are outdated and are in serious need of renovations. The food served at the Parkwood tasted stale, but staff was friendly.
