My jewelry was stolen and the office refused to rent to me like i was wrong when you have thefts working for you i called the police filed a report but they are the worst

We stayed here for days cleaning after ourselves but one day we went out was gone all day til about 9pm my husband had left his ting on the night stand came back it was gone tell front desk next morning and they refused to let us stay wen your staff stole from us also had to call police very rude staff and they steal

The tub stopped up while I was taking a shower and actual food was coming out of the tub. The linen was dirty both sheets and towels. The carpet was filthy. I was immediately disappointed as soon as I opened the door.

The room we got door wouldn’t open from the outside so we risked not getting back in our room if we left. Told the front desk said that maintenance would be right up to fix it. Maintenance never showed. My boyfriend didn’t want to switch rooms seeing that our stuff was already in the room and didn’t want to move everything. So instead of going out like we planned we stayed in the room the entire time so we wouldn’t get locked out.

Card reader didn’t work the last 2-nights when I arrived, upstairs, hands full and reader doesn’t work. I’m as far from the office as can be…..office says “They don’t know why it doesn’t wrk”?? Security in my room at 2:30 In the a.m. I’m complaining about the boom boom music, and they can’t find the room it’s in, so listening through my wall…..(and then I tell the office guy “when I’m getting my new card because the reader doesn’t wrk) about what happened the night before with the music at 2:30 and he doesn’t know anything about it? So the night shift nor the security told the manager / owner or day-time front desk about the incident???? This place is seriously mis-managed!

Pets allowed. No long term stays. Reasonable rates. Never saw a bug in four days even with cat food out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Walmart, Publix, banks, restaurants all within a mile.
