Location is about the only thing we loved about the hotel. The room needs lots of repairs. Very loud. Sounded like there was a basketball dribbling above us every night. Air vent was blowing out white flecks all over the bed & floor. Looked moldy on the ceiling. Way overpriced for all that needed to be done as well as the unfriendly staff (minus 2).

The convenience to Truist Park was sent we chose this hotel, but the staff couldn't have been more warming and polite. The room was beautiful and loved the balconies. We missed the breakfast but week stay again soon.

We reserved our room 9mos in advance. Upon arriving after published checkin time (3pm) only to be told our room was not ready. We came back an hour later. Room still not ready. “Oops we are overbooked”. We were put in a smaller room than we reserved. There was a used Qtip on the bathroom floor. Wonder what else wasn’t cleaned ? The front seat did not care. They did give us a voucher for breakfast. That is not only insulting, it’s disgusting. We would never knowingly eat in a place with such lousy housekeeping.

We got this hotel to be in distance to a Braves game. Perfect for that! However for the price we paid for our suite: - No fan in bathroom - light over shower burned out - couldn't open second living room balcony door, didn't try in the bedroom. - safe didn't work - No regular coffee in room ( only decaf) and only 2 little creams - breakfast not included?? And it would've been FORTY DOLLARS to add it. What!!?? Outrageous. We were very disappointed.

We went to the baseball game and this hotel is conveniently located close to the stadium, but a couple blocks for the main Battery area. We did not need a car, as everything was walkable with many dining and entertainment options.
