The Manager Abyaan D here is one of the best and most authentic Hotel Managers that I have encountered. We travel alot for work, and it is SO IMPORTANT to feel at home when you are not at home. And not only was she great with me and mt teammate, she was great with EVERY customer there, even one of them that were not nice at all! You better take care of her because I already told her I would offer he a job IMMEDIATELY if she leaves you Org. I bought her a Brownie Sundae from Hardrock Cafe to butter her up! :)

Beautiful Hotel
I love the Ellis Hotel. I stay at this hotel whenever I come to Atlanta for work. It is always clean, elegantly designed, and conveniently located in downtown. You can also ride the MARTA train from the airport to the hotel if you prefer.

The elevators were shaking and felt unsafe. The ice machine on my floor was out of order and I had to go to the 16th floor for ice. The staff was very friendly and attentive though.

The hotel is clean, staff is so friendly and helpful but the area around the hotel is kinda terrible. It’s dirty and a lot of cops. I actually had a homeless woman throw something at me. Also the beds are terribly uncomfortable. We had to rooms and we all said the same thing. Other than the beds the hotel is great.
