Despite checking in advance with the front desk only 3hrs before our arrival, they oversold our room type and made us sleep a family of 6 in a room designed for a max of 4. They couldn’t even given us a rollaway or anything, so 2 of our kids slept on the floor that night while the other two squeezed onto a pull-out couch. The pull-out had a broken hinge, so even that was very uncomfortable. Staff were minimally if at all apologetic or sympathetic. I will avoid staying here again if possible.

Came for a game and the stay was perfect. Nice pool, and great adjoining rooms. The lady at the front desk offered more help than expected and the location couldn't be better. Walk out the door to Centennial Park and let the kids run.

The carpet was not clean, restrooms was dirty, air conditioning was not working, by the time we got back to our room, it was as 11:00 pm, air conditioning did not work and we couldn’t sleet, we were sweating all nights that. Next morning we talked with front desk, they said that they can’t do anything for us, because we bought our from Expedia and we need to ask Expedia for assistance, if we eight got the room from them, they could have help us. Very disappointed

Embassy Suites treated us like Criminals
Received a room that was not equivalent to what we booked, so we had to get that switched out immediately. The biggest issue was the Breakfast manager who was extremely rude and refused my disabled spouse breakfast on our last day. We were told that we had to present some stupid paper coupon (no one asked for it on previous days). Why are you issuing paper breakfast coupons? Aren't card keys acceptable to verify you are a guest? I have a screen shot of the text message sent to me by the front desk and it DOES NOT say the coupon is required for breakfast, only for evening drinks. To make matters worse, the security guard stood over us in an intimidating manner while we were trying to resolve our complaint. Is safety such a concern that two adults can't resolve a dispute without an armed guard standing so close you can smell his breath? Worst Hilton experience in my life and I emailed Hilton's corporate offices about this location as well.
