I expected at least a small restaurant on the site for dinner. As it turns out, they count the restaurant next door as belonging to them. It is a Bistro, and the menu was quite limited. The breakfast was fair, actually, pretty good for a hotel buffet. Unfortunately, at 6:30 am, two Spanish speakers stood in the hall outside our rooms, yelling so loudly and joyfully about their departures So loudly that one of our guests thought the men were in her room. Noone stopped them. After flying in from Guatemala the night before, it was a little stressful. Probably won't stay there again.

I didn't know when staying at a hotel, your room doesn't get done everyday with fresh towels. No beds made or bathroom freshened up. Had to ask for clean towels everyday.

They are renovating the 2 nd floor with minimal awareness that the dust frok sanding is tracked everywhere even in my room. The toliet was not cleaned and the shower had random hairs. It was not clean. The ac/fan was suppper loud. When someone walked by my door I could hear every single noise. Not a fan, extremely deceptive reviews and communication.

Despite being under renovation, the hotel was very clean. However, on our floor (floor#2) there were air blowers going all night long. When we woke up the next morning and were walking to the elevator, we saw that the fire alarm had been removed from the hallway. I wouldn't stay there again until after the renovations were done. The staff was very friendly and the Continental breakfast was very delicious. The best part was the shuttle drivers. They were both AMAZING!!! Especially Patricia Saturday morning, 8/17.

Not a good experience…couldn’t check in early without paying extra….construction going on inside the hotel…kitchen help was short staffed….receptionist was emotionless like a robot….house keeping did not understand my request…or chose to not do it….parking was a joke.

It is a beautiful place and the staff are extremely friendly, they we’re doing renovations so it wasn’t as pretty and the gym was closed but overall it was a great experience.
