Our room had this dirty red chair in there and the phone didn’t work. I had to walk to the front desk for towels and told them about the phone. They sent two men to fix it and it still didn’t work so we were unable to contact the front desk for anything we needed.

I was disappointed that there was no lotion or shampoo available in the rooms. I even went down to the front desk and they didn’t have any lotion down there. They ended up giving me a bottle of conditioner.

Average but great staff

The stay was average. The staff is really kind in this sense I would say its great. However, the hotel condition specifically in the rooms needs some tending to by the owners. Bathrooms need some remodeling. The shower curtain did not function properly causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. The AC when we turned the heater on gave off a burnt smell. Just these cosmetic things need to be tended to.
