Wouldn't stay again

There was never anyone at the desk. Loud music until after 11. Called 4 times for towels. No answer. Went down, nobody there. Room looked as if it hadn't been vacuumed.

Poor Service and Cleanliness

Room had bad smell. Twice had to ask them to spray a deodorant and disinfectant. Most Breakfast servings finished before 9:30 AM. Attendant was slow to replenish or did have enough to refill. Eggs omelette was underdone. Bad experience.

The worst Marriott Hotel i have ever stayed at

I do not recommend this hotel, the breakfast is terrible, the entire breakfast area remains dirty, they do not put enough food, I tried to tell the person in charge and she was rude. The location is good and the cleanliness. There is a lot of lack of customer service both at the front desk and in the managers. I need to extend 3 more days and they didn’t allow me to stay in the same room , the want to charge $60 , i saw online the prices and are more cheaper there . However they told me that i need to move to other room in the 4 floor . The manager was very rude and the lady in the front desk too. This is my first bad experience with a Marriott hotel , I am a frequently traveler, Marriott member, This is the worst Marriott hotel I have ever stayed at.
