Water heaters broken so we could not check in. Why weren’t we notified in time to get another hotel room. No vacancies in the area at 5 pm on check in day. Left with no place to sleep and surgery at 7:45am the next morning. We should have been called or emailed.

Got evacuated due to fire alarm and flooding , The staff was unapologetic even when I called to see if I was getting refunded for the night , person I spoke to was not friendly .. won't stay there again

Great Hotel
Great place to stay! The staff were very friendly the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were very clean and up to date. Nice area and easily accessible to Atlanta, Lawrenceville and Gainesville. I was there 4 nights for business and not one complaint. I will definitely stay here again.

Customer service was trash!
Had a very disappointing stay, came back ready to relax after a late dinner for my birthday to be evaluated from the hotel due to an emergency. Which was water everywhere in our room as well other guest.Understandable, but more should have been done to accommodate the inconvenience of having to go find another hotel, because I booked my to through hotels.com, that's more than likely my last time using this thrid party crap. And have to go through all of these hoops to get a refund for the stay that we had already payed for. Very disappointed in this application and the hotel management. Won't be doing business with either any longer!

Courtesy, accommodating and quick customer care. The first room the hallway light didn’t work and the tv didn’t work. The front desk immediately replaced another room. TV has popular streaming services available - Netflix, HBO Max and YouTube. Hotel overall is clean. They also have a free breakfast with a good selection and a nice dining area.

One of the entrances/exits has a dip that sounds and feels like it is causing damage to your vehicle. The front lobby and lobby staff were excellent, everyone that i encountered were friendly and upbeat. Check in was quick. The room however was not good. Due to my itinerary, i was unable to request a different room or find another hotel. It smelled musky, sweaty, and damp; the bathroom smelled of urine and the bathroom door would not lock. Lights flickered in the room and the tv remote would not work if more than 5 feet away. The pull out couch was disgusting; had to cover with additional blankets.

This is the nicest hotel! It is so clean and pretty! The staff are professional and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and the air conditioner worked like a charm. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Not one time did I see anything that was off putting.
