We were informed the day off that there would be no hot water from 10pm to 7am for some type of maintenance. We had to use the coffeemaker to wash our faces and try to get ready on time. Made us late! No compensation or remuneration was offered. What an experience!!!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The area feels safe. There's no complimentary water like other Hiltons offer, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t available this time.

I do not like the fact that the hotel charges for water for your room. They have a $75 hold per day on your card versus a normal one time fee. The roof of the hotel was leaking in the entrance upon entering the facility. The valet continued to lose the key to our vehicle. We had extensive wait time for them to find it then find the car.
