I was in a handicap room. I don't know why. When I first entered I thought, wow! this is big. When I went into the bathroom I was surprised that it was a handicap bathroom. There was no hot water. I was unable to shower and I did not want to sit on the bench.

Make sure breakfast is included or it's $15 per person, per day and it's not that great. Valet parking only, at $50 per day that comes out of the $300 deposit. Great price in Aquarium any time tickets (cheaper than online or at Aquarium).

For being downtown, Price was OK
Love the big glass hour. Love the water, pressure and how hot it got. $50 to park your car valet which they did not mention to you until you get there . The view was mostly of the highway. As soon as I checked in, I went to my room. The key did not work. I called The front desk from the phone in the hallway. She said someone would be right up to help me.. Waited over 10 minutes had to call back. He came and opened the door for me. I do like the 12th noon check out time. The Valet gets very busy. We had to wait about 15 minutes at check out because there was so many people that were needing their cars.

It was perfect for what we needed. Very comfortable and clean. Great amenities. Only issues was restaurant closed at 8:40 when it was supposed to close at 10. We were starving and ended up walking in the rain to get something to eat.
