I stayed here for pride weekend. I was getting ready when all this black dirty water splashed out of the sink and went all over my brand new shirt. I went down stairs and tried to explain what happened and i told the lady that my shirt was messed up and she asked me for a receipt for what i claim was messed up. I tried to show her the video cause its more than one and she told me she dont need to see it. Ive never been so pissed of in my life. My stuff gets destroyed i dont get a follow up call and the front deck person is extremely rude. If your going to ask like that she shouldnt be working with the public

I have to give an overllnrating of 0. But it is not possible here and hence 1 Terrible experiance. They said, they will start fire sensor testing from 9 to 5pm. Ut they started at 7:00am. At 9 am elevator stops working. No directions on how to get 3 floors down with my 23 pound luggages. Phone to front desk does not work Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Wish i never stayed there

Wonderful Stay
The rooms are a tab bit dated but spacious. The service was excellent, breakfast was good. I used the business lounge most days for work and it was nice. There were no issues with finding a parking space.

My room exceeded my expectations. More than enough space for me and my husband. It’s clean, check in was smooth and hallways are quiet. Well worth the price! Definitely will be coming back….

One of the reasons I selected this locations was because of the pool, however, each time I tired to enjoy the pool area there was a kids birthday party outdoors with loud music, kids running unattended while parents were all sitting down in bothered. When I entered my room and did my initial inspection I immediately noticed the toilet flush handle was not attached to the toilet and there was a large family of ants living around the front door and countertop. Later I discovered the iron once warmed up leaked all its water all over my clothes and the entire time I was there only one elevator worked.

Pleasant peaceful stay... Staff was kind and courteous. Always someone around working hard. Plenty of towels at poolside. When you call for service at the front desk they are pleasant and courteous and within minutes they are bringing whatever you need. Would definitely stay again... Perfect vacation with my family...
