No shuttle
Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. I called when i booked my stay to see if they had a shuttle to the venue i was going to be attending, and i was told that they did. On the night i arrived i was told that they did in fact have a shuttle, but that the staff member had not seen it since she got there. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle and still ended up having to pay for parking at the venue.

Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Very quiet clean room. Furniture is a weird Metallica design. This time Hotels.com did not mess up and actually allowed the use of my reward certificate to go through. It was a real fight with Hotels.com constantly changing the booking details to try and kill the reward certificate which forces you to be very vigilant when trying to use it. certificate.

We left glasses in our room. We called the front desk and they confirmed they found them. Racquita (I’m sorry for the misspelling) said to forward a shipping label which we did with a scheduled pickup. We never received the glasses.
